Chair's Statement

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our site. I am sure that your visit to our site will not only interest you but will also inspire you to get involved in developing the community around you. As My Home Town UK Ltd (MHT-UK) is a philanthropic organisation, it was set up in the UK to fulfill the role and purpose of My Home Town in the various countries around the world.

The remit for MHT-UK is to encourage individuals and organisations to recognise and support growth, such as skill levels and talents. This is expected to empower such individuals and organisations, so they can recognise their potential and be placed well to utilise opportunities as they are presented to them. This is an opportunity to engage individuals to identify their greatest potential in whatever form it may be.

Through MHT-UK, individuals with various skills, such as teaching, nursing, plumbing, horticulture and various other fields of professions, can have opportunities to support others through projects and initiatives organized by MHT. You can have this opportunity to support by becoming a member or by becoming a volunteer. In either capacity you have the opportunity, with the support and guidance of MHT-UK, to actively contribute to project planning and delivery in the various areas of community living.
